About me
I am a programme manager and senior consultant at EY. I lead ReInovar, the end-to-end modernisation of the Commercial Registry at IRN, I.P., under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, operationally supervising 31 professionals across technical, legal and business teams. Before that I ran Company Online 2.0 at Wrightia and the modernisation of municipal services at Smartvision: seven years delivering information systems in the public sector.
I believe business transformation happens through people who reinvent processes every day and use technology to make smarter decisions. I enjoy designing solutions that build on data and translate into simple experiences, knowing that every step forward carries risks and requires the courage to innovate.
