I led a €150,000 project that created the digital transformation observatory for CIMAC, involving 13 municipalities and multidisciplinary teams.

Overview

I designed and implemented CIMAC's Digital Transformation Observatory, which monitors and compares the digital maturity of 13 municipalities. Local authorities now have interactive dashboards and harmonised reports to make data-driven decisions and track progress over time.

Challenge

Run a rigorous diagnosis of the digital maturity of the 13 CIMAC municipalities and bring everything into a single monitoring system: comparable across entities, easy to update and able to point to concrete improvement opportunities.
