ReInovar - Recovery and Resilience Plan (Recover Portugal) for Modernising the Commercial Registry and Collective Entities

Product Owner & Program Manager | EY

I am the product owner and programme manager on the modernisation of the Commercial Registry, under Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan. The programme replaces the central platform that supports millions of corporate acts and has been in operation for more than two decades. Day to day, I bridge technical, legal and business teams, run several projects in parallel and oversee the migration from legacy systems to the new architecture.

• Operationally supervise 31 professionals across multiple areas.
• Central platform modernised and fully integrated with the IRN system and interoperable with external public services.

I managed end to end the project that created Company Online 2.0, the public platform where a company can now be incorporated fully online. I coordinated a 36-person multidisciplinary team from concept to launch.

• 6+ government integrations with critical entities such as the Tax Authority, Social Security, RCBE, Autenticacao.gov and payment systems.

My personal website, built as a lab to experiment with and compare AI agents in web development. I started by testing several tools and ended up consolidating development on Claude, which is now the tool I use to evolve the site.
