Overview
Company Online 2.0 is an innovative platform that replaced the original 2006 version, allowing full online incorporation of companies in just minutes. Funded by the PRR and led by the Commercial Registry Institute, the project aimed to make Portugal one of the fastest countries to start a business by eliminating bureaucracy and in-person visits while seamlessly integrating multiple public services.
Challenge
Modernise, in under two years, the entire company incorporation process—operational since 2006—by creating a modern, secure and fully digital platform. Ensure integration with multiple public bodies, eliminate in-person visits and deliver an intuitive, fast and reliable user experience, all without disrupting the existing service.
Solution
Structured and executed a user-centred development plan, applying agile methodologies to accelerate delivery.
